Prices below are based on two people travelling and exclude international flights. Prices for departures beyond this date and for international flights are available on request. For departures during peak seasons (e.g. summer holidays, Christmas and peak trekking season) supplements may apply.

This Nepal itinerary lets you experience everything the country has to offer. Your journey will take you from the religious temples of Kathmandu to the tropical jungle of the Chitwan National Park where you will go on an elephant safari to spot the famous one-horned rhino. Next you'll travel on to Pokhara to breathe in the fresh mountain air on a relaxed six-day trek through green valleys and small mountain villages straight out of the Middle Ages. During this Nepal itinerary you'll stay in cosy guesthouses, jungle lodges and mountain trekking lodges.

This Nepal itinerary is varied and particularly active. It will take you from mystical temples, through dense jungles to snow-capped mountain peaks. Kicking off in Kathmandu, you'll set off on a seven-day trek through small Himalayan villages to some breathtaking viewpoints. En route you'll stay at home with the friendly and welcoming locals. Your Nepal itinerary then continues on to the jungle of Chitwan National Park and ends in Pokhara, for a six-day trek through the famous Annapurna mountain range.

You'll visit the cultural treasures of the Kathmandu Valley (Patan and Bhaktapur), spot rhinos and tigers on an elephant safari and take a jungle trek with the local Tharu tribe. You'll join the tribe for dinner and sleep in the village in a jungle hut built on stilts. This may well be the ultimate trip through India and Nepal. First, you'll see camels, Rajput forts and Maharajan palaces in Rajasthan. Then, you move on to the ghost city of Fatehpur Sikri, the amazing Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Next, you'll fly to the Holy Ganges river in Varanasi, and then head on to Kathmandu to see the ancient royal cities of the Kathmandu Valley. In Chitwan National Park you'll spend three days trekking through the jungle on elephant back or on foot and come face to face with the one-horned rhino. Your India and Nepal suggested itinerary ends in Kathmandu, where you can relax in rooftop cafes or begin your journey home to the UK.
