General CommentsWe loved the idea of creating our own holiday from suggested modules. The modules were excellent and well chosen for people that wanted a holiday that was as close to independent travel as possible without the concern about sorting out travel and accommodation along the way.Ruth W Kathmandu and the Himalayas were both incredible. Our guides on our trek became good friends and the sense of achievement getting up to Annapurna Base Camp not to mention getting down again was fabulous. Amazing to see incredible Nepal! I am sure that I could return to Nepal and see endless other wonders. Mark S |

We like the modular approach because we had to take some time out to be with a local Rotary Club and you were able to work a good schedule around our private arrangements. David W For a short trip we didn't have time to be independent and look for trips whilst we were there. It was reassuring to know everything was organised and we still got to do untouristy things. Local Staff and Service in NepalThe trek, the guide and porter were excellent and the scenery amazing. It was paced perfectly and provided a bit of a challenge in the holiday. The holiday was excellent. The contacts in Nepal were very helpful and professional.David J Our guide and porter were two of the nicest people we have ever met! Mark S They were very efficient and helpful especially when our trek had to be re-arranged because of a strike. Everything else went smoothly, and the guides were all very good too. Annapurna Sanctuary Trek Challenging but manageable. It was the hardest thing my wife and I had ever done but all the effort was rewarded by a sense of freedom and the awesome surroundings. Mark S Into the jungle with the Tharu Elephant washing. The experience was brilliant and seeing one that wasn't on TV was incredible. Nepal bite-sized toursTrekking across the edge of the valleyDefinitely venturing out into the countryside and seeing the real Nepali way of life. Whilst I loved the artificial hustle and bustle of Kathmandu and Bhaktapur, the trekking through the valley, seeing people at work etc was a definite highlight. The hotel in Nagarkot on day 2 of our trek provided the most spectacular view of the entire trip.
